After Ruining Venice, LA County Board of Supervisors Charges Ahead with Plans to Urbanize Malibu

Another Skid Row in the Making

Herein lies the reasons why we need to recall DA George Gascon. Next to be recalled should be the Board of Supervisors for negligent & incompetent management. They are ruining businesses, neighborhoods & tourism of every single beach town in LA Couty. By eliminating criminal charges for trespassing & flooding areas with homeless, someday very soon we may see absolutely no private property rights or any form of public safety.

There is no reason that this far in the game there has yet to be a developer retained to build affordable housing, somewhere affordable. However, these socialists do not see it this way. They believe your hard work should be “fairly shared” & there is plenty of space to launch homeless encampments, leaving absolutely no town unaffected by their lack of planning & development.

Facts: While taxes & insurance skyrocket, LA leaders blame their own taxpayers, claiming “there’s no affordable housing here, that’s why there is homeless.” That’s basically the same as saying “this is all your fault.” It is not affordable to build low-income housing in high-tax areas.

Facts: LA County amps up their “charity” arms to use 3rd parties - advocates & nonprofits as assets to their agenda to urbanize all rural areas & small beach towns. Gascon simultaneously defund police, let violent prisoners out, & open up areas in wealthy neighborhoods to criminal vagrants. Against common sense, LA County passes out sleeping bags instead of housing vouchers, as seen on this video. The truth is they do not want to take people off the streets – there are no vouchers. That would maybe help a landlord, which they don’t want to do.

Facts: DA Gascon is completely relaxed on crime, to the point it that no streets are safe anymore. With police ordered to stand down on vagrancy, ALL of LA is becoming increasingly dangerous. The Board of Supervisors & DA are entirely responsible for urbanizing Malibu & the escalating murder rate now at 45% higher now compared to last year.

Facts: First of All, charities are not normally run by one who calls themselves a CEO. That tells you everything about how he feels about this – it is a business with shareholder value in mind. No properly organized or funded charity would bus homeless into remote areas to feed them, but this is what they’ve done. You’ll see the flyer.

Facts: Against the majority of residents wishes, CART continues to lure drug addled vagrants to the center of town. They’ve ruined Legacy Park, the Library & entire areas near Zuma Beach. If you don’t like their ideas, they call you a bully.

Question: Homeless are literally moving other states to take advantage of organizations like CART. Can anyone give a valid reason why people with food stamps also need to be fed? Why is CART is pushing so hard to continue feeding people? What kind of person would demand a city council they continue their chaotic behavior just moments after every church in Malibu agreed to suspend their dinners due to the increased in crime?

Somewhere along the line, leadership in Malibu decided they do not wish to enforce any camping laws or remove RV’s from the town. They all consider themselves environmentalists, yet they blame the 9th Circuit, CalTrans, & Coastal Commission for reasons why they do not want the police to enforce camping OR parking violations. The Public Safety Manager has nothing to say except “it’s going to get a lot worse” - of course it is if you are feeding sick people with no end in sight.

Only two council wish to work on this in a meaningful way. Both Bruce Silverstein & Steve Uhring continue to speak publicly about providing camping permits/permission to a small group of homeless people who would be responsible for joining a meaningful job/counseling program as well as environmental responsibility. They already know which homeless deserve to be there. Everyone else is a troublemaker who needs to be dumped out on the back side of town & ordered to not return!

At this point none of this really matters – what matters is not enough people are asking questions as to WHY we are paying people who want to shove bad ideas down our throat?

This madness will not stop until we recall Gascon & elect brand new Councilmen as well as Supervisors. LA residents in every beach town should demand to stop funding “homeless” initiatives, because it’s not going toward housing. This whole group is corrupt. What did they do the morning of the election? They woke up & said “I won, there's nothing left to do now." They see their job as purely political - not about taking care of a community - there you have it -
