If you upload screenshots, avoid sending full account numbers, Social Security numbers, or images of children. Black those out first when you can.

Wix hosts this site. Their platform also processes form submissions. Official reports you file with FTC, IC3, or police are governed by those agencies, not by us.

To ask that a report be deleted from our inbox, email us from the same address you used on the form. Pattern notes already published without your name may stay up.
