Who we are
Fraud Be Gone is a philanthropic project backed by Priorities Center, a nonprofit founded to stand with people with the least protection.
That work taught us where fraud actually goes. It does not stay in the neighborhoods people already write off. It follows money, trust, and places that look safe. Predators pick the rooms where no one expects a thief.
This site exists for that reason. One serious desk. A place to report what happened, get the official next step, and put the method in public before it hits the next person.
What we stand for

Independence
This site is not a branch of any other personal page, Facebook campaign, or recovery brand. If other advocates do good work elsewhere, that work remains theirs.
Editorial standard
We may publish de-identified pattern notes. We only name a private person when the information is already in a public record or a published news report, and even then we say charged, accused, or convicted — whichever the record actually says.
If we get a fact wrong, email the contact address with the source and we will correct it.
