Return Malibu to its Glory. It's not Long Beach guys....

Now, with the City Mismanager leaving, we have a chance to reverse the urbanization & vagrancy of Malibu. My greatest concern. We have a Metro bus extended to Trancas. Additionally, LA County Board of Supervisors has funded a charity called First to Serve who busses vagrants out for "lunch". You literally have city/county mismanagement pushing for a complete change of town. As an exercise in "social justice" they plan to transform libraries, community centers, police stations & JAILS - they truly believe this is not highest & best use from a real estate perspective & see it as a "no cost solution" to hand over public property & land to homeless.

While she rests in peace, Carol Moss’ charity CART is highjacked with the aiding & abetting of addiction, burglary, trespassing & fires. This was not her plan. DA Gascon is releasing violent criminals out “because Covid” (because a vaccine, stay home order, & masks wouldn't work in prison). Reduced bail to less than the cost of a McDonald's hamburger. Police arrest criminals with 20 lbs of fentanyl; they are out in hours. Combine the lack of police & LA County's plans to force wealthy to bear the brunt of vagrancy, Malibu could end up with permanent ghettos.

From one state to the next, people like Gascon are installing plans like defunding the police & insisting cities remain open for riots & closed for business. This has nothing to do with public safety but it should tell you everything you want to know about why Marxists support his agenda. At the heart, communists believe that anyone who owns anything earned it off the backs of other people's work. Therefore they should hand over their property & rights to quiet enjoyment to the government to let them handle everything.

Malibu needs homeless ordinance IMMEDIATELY. Some residents in Civic Center can barely afford to live there. One HOA assessment, tax increase or insurance hike, & they’re out. Vagrancy puts the town in serious risk. One more Santa Ana fire & people who are too old to rebuild WILL lose everything. I have NO narrative - I am observing Malibu going downhill, compared to well-run beach towns I’ve visited for investments - what is going on in Malibu is all based on the corruption of a small group of people paid & elected to control the direction, without the base of the community being part of the decisions. Malibu is a place where criminal sympathizers are ruining PUBLIC SAFETY.

Is there any reason someone is bringing weapons like this to the beach?

The police are ordered to stand down on vagrancy so they have absolutely no idea who CART is feeding - but the truth eventually comes out. While it is a shock for many to see a man arrested at Zuma with an artillery of weapons, what does one expect when you are welcoming criminals out with open arms?

The reason zoning & culture of Malibu is changing is because there is NO accountability. It is because nice people don't have the courage to defend their beliefs. Instead of speaking up, they waste time talking behind everyone's backs. The structure & planning of our homeless committee was completely disrupted by people making side plans in secret meetings. YOUR LIBRARY WAS TAKEN OVER BY VAGRANTS BECAUSE OF THIS. The homeless don't have the wherewithal to plan - who gave those people tents & food to camp out at Legacy? They organized this.

Whatever a vagrants’ motivation for living is, the City & County has given it to them – transportation, money & food handed out allows them to use their government subsidy to buy drugs. The homeless are an asset to a few council, CART, LA County, & people who want to “quasi-privatize” public parks so they may stuff charity money into their pockets...they do NOT care about anyone living nearby. IF you so make the suggestion of a shelter near THEIR home, they say “you are threatening me.” WHY isn’t it a threat when you do the same to us?

Accountability has nothing to do with politics. Your upright manners & decorum, WILL be the reason we lose the battle to SAVE MALIBU. Anyone saying they don't like Councilman Bruce Silverstein’s “tone” is afraid of losing their job/election/position/political agenda...THEY are the ones in secret meetings encouraging vagrancy.

Let’s do this an American Way, none of us are victims. There is no difference between the people putting money behind BLM to ruin black businesses & the homeless "advocates" encouraging vagrants to flock to nice areas. It is NOT OK what is going on with our public safety!
