There was an old lady

Who lived life by the screw

She had majority in congress

She knew what to do

Saying "Give them some water

And a crust of stale bread"

Then she whipped congress all soundly

And sent them to vote before off to bed

Hey diddle diddle

Old 'congress cats' are on the fiddle

And the 'old cows' are over the moon

The young dogs laugh

To see such funds

As they dish it up with a shovel, not spoon
